Bed extremely comfortable. Had a little balcony onto the main street of bars, but the soundproofing in the room was fantastic and I couldn't hear a thing once in the room. Brilliant location, great atmosphere. Extremely clean. Small kitchen available with fridge and utensils. Overall, brilliant.
The room was very clean. The bathroom was also very clean. Everything was fine except we got a double room instead of a twin room. After contacting C. S. They said of the time of booking there was not twin room available (booked April 2024). Still strange I got no warning about this…
Need to take luggages clim 3 stairs high to the room. It’s not friendly for the traveler
Great location room a bit on the small size for 3 people. Really enjoyed Bilbao lovely city.
Good location if you want explore Bilbao downtown and night life, can be a bit noise during night time due the numerous bars on the narrow street, but the room is cozy and comfortable. Bathroom was outside of the room :(
