Ekoos Hostel Bilbao

Overall Looks nice, but the bed are really wobbly, I'm not that light and I'm scared of collapsing the bed and crushing the person sleeping in the bottom bunk. Also, I had to pay for storing my bike - 5 euros for one night, which I think is a bit unnecessary, most hostels so far allowed me to do so for free. Is acceptable, but a minor annoyance. But overall it's good for the cheap price.

Terrible experience at this hostel. I usually dont write reviews, now I have to. The guy in the reception feels like he's getting payed making rude one-liners taken from a bad movie. wouldnt recommend my enemy to go here. I was stunned how someone working in service can continue having a job when behaving like this

We got scammed by this hostel. They charged us for two nights and didn’t even have the beds when we arrived to check in. Extremely unprofessional and rude behaviour by the guy in the reception, never got our money back. So sad, it’s looked like a nice hostel.

Very nice hostel and great service also for luggage but a little shady area, especially for a woman who travels alone and gets catcalled a lot

I have to say Ekoos made my fiancés and I stay in Bilbao a breeze. It’s not even 10 minutes from the local train station the location is okay! The neighborhood around it isn’t the best but it’s not terrible either. Oscar helped us with our accommodation and his service was 5-stars. The rooms were comfortable and they provided us with clean linens. Oscar’s hospitality was next level. He helped us with recommendations for the old town and was really helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend this place for his service alone! It’s a no curfew hostel so we did have a couple of guys get up at 3am making a bunch of noise but that’s no fault on the hostel. The place was actually fairly quiet during our stay. They provide you with a code to enter the facility as well as rooms. It was easy to get in and out and I would highly recommend this place as an affordable option while staying in Bilbao.
