This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever got. The walls are so tiny that you hear every thing sound your neighbour makes, you can even hear him snoring. And this for an approximate price of 100 Euro is absolutely crazy. Never again!
parking is not included in the price, small parking lot 5 cars max but very close to tourist attractions, rooms with dirty walls, very poor breakfast
The room had a very strong and unbearable smell of smoke (even if it is strictly forbidden).I complained to the desk officer because I have a breathing problem. I asked him to change the room but he said it was impossible because the hotel was full booked. I asked him to call the director of the hotel but he said to me he couldn't do that because "he is sleeping". I asked to get a partial refound but he just gave me a shield to fill. Not recommended at all. I STILL WANT MY REFOUND!!! Breakfast very basic
Been here for one night and there was not much to complain about. Loved the size of a room and a bathroom, all the equipment, including TV and AC, was functioning perfectly. Staff was always very friendly to us and on the check in the receptionist was friendly enough to explain about main attractions of the city. I think the only discomfort we felt was related to the temperature inside the room, because apparently the rooms are equipped with a strong heating system that cannot be controlled from the inside of the room. So there was two times the system was on and both times it got so hot we had to open the window and put an AC on the maximum. As for the windows, we got a not so pretty view to other buildings, which I didn't mind at all, but for those who prefer a better view it would be a good idea to ask for it while booking.
Very poor service from management who tried to charge us a high amount with no cost break down just to get rid of us when we had an issue. The stay itself was okay, staff were friendly and room was adequate for short stay, we mainly booked for the garage.
