Our stay at the Tayko Hotel was outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised right from the start with two welcome drinks and even a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The service was consistently friendly, attentive, and professional – we felt well taken care of at all times. The only minor downside is the very tight parking area, which can be a bit challenging. But aside from that, everything was truly excellent. We would happily recommend the Tayko Hotel and would gladly stay again!
Hotel was clean and efficient. Some construction work going on which wasn't great for a relaxing morning but at least they waited until 9am to start. Good toiletries, quiet enough (the bathroom wasn't quite as soundproof as the bedroom so you need to remember to close the bathroom door before going to sleep). Rooms were spotless and staff were helpful. Location couldn't be much better - we were able to walk everywhere. The furthest we walked was 25 mins to the Guggenheim
A lovely modern hotel with friendly staff and lots of nice details (when we visited we had a welcome drink and chocolates in the room). The only reason for 4 stars is the breakfast, since it's advertised as being related to a michelin star restaurant. The breakfast was fine, but nothing special. The different elements were all OK on their own, but only OK and together the result wasn't the experience we were expecting. The main dishes were fine, but muffin wasn't fresh (but the bizcocho was good), and the orange juice wasn't the freshest either.
Very helpful staff. Really cool building, comfortable room with l’occitane products in bathroom. Nice touches with hand written note from housekeeping with chocolates and welcome cava at check in and free drink and pinchos in the bar. Don’t miss breakfast - high quality local ingredients. Delicious. Will come back and try the restaurant next time. Great location for tapas bars in the square and parking (need to pre book and pay) close by.
Incredible hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We left a package behind and they arrange for it to be sent on to us. Customer service is next level. Would only stay here in Bilbao
