5 / 5 The best location to visit Bilbao, right in the centre of Casco Viejo!
Very central, close to main attractions and public transports. Lively area to get the best vibes of the city.
We booked a standard room: it was spacious, clean and we loved the design. It had everything we needed. The staff was nice and helpful. We couldn't recommend a better place to stay in Bilbao.
5 / 5 I was able to take a bicycle into my room, that's a five star review from me already.
The hotel and rooms have a nice design, much more cosy than a lot of other places.
The room is very minimalistic, the bathroom is only separated by a transparent screen, and there was no fridge. As I was on a solo trip, this was fine.
The location is great, with lots of nice restaurants and shops around. Bilbao is pretty walkable anyway.
There is no breakfast at the restaurant, but nice coffee places just around the corner.
3 / 5 New hotel with very good location in the heart of an old town. Modern rooms. The glass walls for the shower and bathroom look nice, but they have obviously the disadvantages.
The cleaning could have been better. When we checked in in the room, there were black hair on the floor. The next day I found a contact lense lying near the bed, even though none of us wears glasses or contacts lenses. It stayed on the floor after 2 cleanings of the room.
Other than that the stay was good, stuff was friendly.
3 / 5 Great location (in the old town) where you can get to pintxo plaza in less than 3min walk. Hotel room is very clean and new. Only reason I gave 3 stars is.. the glass wall bathroom. I understand why they had to use glass walls to make it feel like more open space, but it didn’t provide much privacy. Other than that, everything was awesome. Free wifi, coffee shop by the entrance, and quiet rooms.
2 / 5 Nice room, if you don't mind having no wifi, loud streets below, no water, no microwave, no service and a side hossle coffee shop downstairs this is an amazing hotel. Room is beautiful, toilet in the middle
Of the room is a bit weird but okay. You can buy water downstairs. Only €1 per sip. If you complain about no internet at all, you maybe get a free sip of water. Lucky.
