Great location, #1 Plaza Nuevo, right on the heart of Old Town Bilbao. The rooms are well-oufitted, with comfortable beds, good shower facilities, espresso machines, and strong WiFi. Security is air-tight, with four locks that must be opened between the street and your room. Strongly recommended!

Nothing negative to say! The room was very nice and unique, reasonably soundproofed (despite the location) and very clean. The staff was kind and friendly. I would stay here again.
Absolutely centrally located in the old town. Everything is within walking distance. However, anyone staying here during the festival week in August should expect it to be a bit quiet at night, despite the good soundproofing.
