This guesthouse is a hidden gem in Bilbao! It is located right in the cathedral plaza of the old town and the views onto the square are amazing. The room is simple but clean and cosy and has all you could need for your stay including towels and toiletries. The couple who own the guesthouse are very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Can be a bit noisy at night given the location, but not a huge issue. Great value for money and would definitely recommend!
A really cute, hidden and authentic place. The gentleman and his family welcomed me warmly, and the room was clean and had the loveliest little balcony where the Spanish atmosphere filters in. Go have breakfast at Cafe Lago and order the tuna-tortilla:)
Cannot complain. Unbelievable location. Very clean room and bathrooms. Room is spacious with gorgeous balcony and view of the square and cathedral. Easy access and friendly staff. Washrooms are shared but very clean. Rooms have their own sink, mirror, vanity and hairdryer and a fan is provided. All great touches. Lighting is modern and three different light options on the ceiling. Great find!
Lovely hotel with an adorable and very accommodating host (whose name escapes me). Perfect location (yes there’s a bit of noise at night, but what do you expect in Casco Viejo). Rooms clean, beds linen and towels changed each day, showers good pressure and temperature at all times of the day, easy check in and out procedure. Perfect spot to spend a couple of days in Bilbao!
