What a lovely hotel. The room was a great size (quadruple room) and the beds super comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was great, a good variety of delicious foods and very reasonable price. The hotel is in a perfect location, near restaurants, bars, shops. It was walking distance to the Guggenheim museum and the Funicular train. We had a great stay here, and hope to come back again one day!
Excellent location, right on a main Plaza. The lobby almost feels like an Art Gallery. They skillfully blended a modern design with the original old stone walls. The room was a decent size and had all the amenities. Very quiet in the evening. The only downside is the parking is in a public garage about five minutes away. They get a 10% discount.
Great hotel. With excellent service. Even small services such as borrowing umbrella or for ironing. Extra points for spoiling the dogs. Also the staff was very friendly all the time and always there to help
Maybe this hotel is well located but they cover up guests who spits on toddles in strollers. One guest has spited from his balcony and instead of finding this person and apologizing, they covered him up. You should be ashamed of yourself. You should be better. Use your values (if you have any, of course)
