This is a nightmare, avoid it at all costs!!! We booked this for one night. The communication is close to nothing and you will only receive a code from a management company whom doesn’t care about this property at all. We asked to drop our luggage earlier, they said they will let us know when the room is clean, no follow up at all despite we sent a few more messages. It makes sense what happened later, they outsourced the cleaning and don’t take any responsibility to this. - Sheet was not changed! We found out at the end of a long day, just getting on bed. We found dozen of hairs, long and short, different colours, curly and straight, you name it. It was ON and UNDER the bedsheet. Yellow stains everywhere. - we texted them immediately and they replied that they are my hair. Completely ridiculous. And later admitting that they have no idea because they are outsourced by the property to do communication and the cleaning is done by yet another outsourced company. They blame their fault to the customers and later refuse to response nor refund. And this is also my last time using booking.com. They provide absolutely no help while charging a high fees. This is the WORST place and experience. Please don’t waste your money and get yourself into this shitty experience as I did.

The room itself was clean and the hotel seemed well-maintained, but we had a serious issue with a very strong chemical smell in our room, coming from one of the pillows. The odor was so intense that it lingered in the nose and throat and even made me feel dizzy. We later realized it was likely from cleaning agents used on the pillow. While we appreciate that cleanliness is important, the use of such strong chemicals made the stay uncomfortable. Proper airing or using less harsh cleaning products would improve the guest experience significantly. If you are sensitive to strong chemical smells, you might need to be careful here.

Recommend for a short vacation in Bilbao my husband come to visit me in Bilbao and he’s staying here. The room is clean everything good 😊

The room was delivered to us with a very low temperature and took a whole day to heat up, plus the hot water in the sink wasn't working. The place itself isn't bad if you're looking for a cool, affordable option. I'd return but hope for better service.

I'm very surprised after reading the reviews; the room is perfectly adequate. It's on a quiet street at night, and there's a coffee machine; we just bought the capsules. They use a room fragrance in the hallway, but you can't smell it in the room. We would stay there again.
