We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s very complete and has everything you need for a comfortable stay — a functional kitchen, cozy living room, well-equipped bathroom, and two bedrooms. The layout is practical and works well for a solo traveler, couple, or small family. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Miguel Ángel, who went above and beyond to assist us and gave us great recommendations — we really appreciated his support. There were just a few minor things that could be improved: the pillows weren’t very comfortable, a few tiles in front of the fridge were loose, and the toilet flush buttons were broken and tended to get stuck. Nothing major, but fixing those details would make the stay even better. Overall, a very positive experience — we’d be happy to return, and we’re sure we will!
Michalengelo the receptionist was amazong, he gave us a complete guide to the city after arrival. The room on the other hand had some issues. The door handle was noisy in the apartmant. Windows were thin we heared everything from the street even at night. The bed mattress and the pillow were too tough. It was hard to get a good noght slerp there. Besides the room was ok. Try out the 7th floor with the amazong view to the hills.
We decided to stay there for our vacation back in July and we had a great experience. Location was great. Near everything, supermarkets, stores, restaurants, public transportation and more. Highly recommended.
Location is pretty convenient. Service is good. The reception even helped to print our bus tickets for us. However, there was significant noise from the street below. We were on an apartment on the 3rd floor (not sure if other apartments have the same issue). We stayed 3 nights over a weekend, and the worst was Friday night. All the way from 12am up till just before sunrise, there were drunk people at steer level yelling and singing at the top of their lungs. Everything could be heard even with the windows closed. Kitchen is adequately equipped.
God location in the center of town, big "rooms"/apartments. The double bed was a bit small, and the romservice only straightened the sheets after two days instead of changing them. The bathroom could have been better (the shower door could for instance not be super squeaky). The kitchenware could have been cleaned better before or arrival (we also found an open pack of ice creams in the freezer). The price is OK for what you get though considering size, facilities, location, and friendly reception staff.
