Comfortable room and bed, good shower (although in a bath, so maybe not suitable for everyone), spotlessly clean, excellent location in the old town. Friendly reception staff. Breakfast was ok, but only Spanish omelette, no eggs otherwise. Gluten free roll and croissant was offered, great the first morning, but unfortunately the second morning the roll was like rubber, and the third morning "staff forgot to defrost it, so it'll take a while" - It's perfectly easy to buy sliced gluten free bread, some of which is much better than those frozen white rolls, and that could be provided directly from the freezer to make toast. It would be so much easier for the staff, and more satisfying for the guest, because those rolls are really not very nice. However, I would definitely stay here again, if I ever need to revisit Bilbao.
Very central convenient location. The stuff was very kind and helpful and the rooms clean. Breakfast was also nice. The only minor thing was that the room heater was not working very well and also there was some noise very early in the morning from room service
The room was wonderful: large, comfortable and clean with all the amenities. It was one of the best hotels we stayed at during this trip. The location is great and parking, while not "easy", involves a very close by garage so it's fine. The only area for improvement I can identify is that it is a little noisy out the window -- not terrible but I did end up sleeping better with my earplugs in.
The hotel was lovely. The furniture was beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable though a little small. We were only there for one night. The breakfast was good, nothing fancy. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
Was a nice hotel for the price and location. The only issues we had was that the A/C was not working at all, the very loud noises outside at all hours of the night (to be expected for its location) and the very loud interior of the building, you can hear people talking very loudly and stomping around and doors slamming all night as well. The staff was very professional and kind.
