The breakfast is another highlight: varied, high quality, and well organized, even during busier times. Everything is fresh, replenished regularly, and presented with care. The hotel also offers convenient parking and good transport connections, making access to Bilbao city center straightforward and stress-free. We absolutely loved staying here - amazing staff, helpful but not over solicitous, incredible service, including the most wonderful breakfast buffet. Super comfortable beds & amenities in the bathroom. Super easy to walk into the old city - 10 minutes - and yet, a quiet stay. For two women travellers we felt very safe and well looked after. Thank you to Mihaela and ALL the staff.

Our three-night stay at Spirit Hotel Gran Bilbao was wonderful. The rooms were modern, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The hotel is packed with great amenities, and we especially loved the gym — it’s newly updated, spacious, and equipped with everything you need for a proper workout. Overall, a fantastic hotel that combines comfort, great service, and excellent facilities. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Bilbao. Michaela was very helpful. ◡̈
