The host was very nice and responsive, and the room was clean. However, it didn’t feel worth the price. The details were lacking—things seemed hastily put together, the 'renovation' was mostly superficial, and the floor was extremely noisy.

I would not stay here again, we paid extra for what we thought was an upgraded room, don’t do it, there are no nice rooms and what that gained us was a window on the busy noisy street. No AC, so if it is going to be hot, do not stay here! Dangerous uneven dark stairs to first floor where our room was located, laminate floors were noisy in the room and hall, the bed practically ran wall to wall, could not walk around it! Very uncomfortable, and unfortunately, people we were traveling with selected this place-it is not a hotel more a hostel-we would have preferred a hotel for about the same price and location.

What a pretty room and the location is perfect !!!

Good value for money. The location is very central, right in Bilbao's old town. You have everything nearby: restaurants, shops, public transport, etc. Despite this, it's very quiet. The accommodation was also very clean. There's a communal kitchen where they leave tea, coffee, and cookies for guests. Julio, the gentleman who cleans and maintains the accommodation, was very kind to us. I definitely recommend Vitorooms.
