Amazing breakfast, good location cosy and clean.

We absolutely loved the warmth of this inn! The couple who run it are incredibly attentive and friendly, always looking after the smallest details. The homemade breakfast was delicious and the room was spotless. We highly recommend it!

A very welcoming inn, and the owners, Suki and Luis, are delightful people. They were very attentive, advising us on what to visit, where to eat, and more. The room had a comfortable bed and a good breakfast. I highly recommend it. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

We stayed two nights at the inn. The service from the couple who run it was very friendly and attentive. However, our stay wasn't 100% pleasant. Our room faced the road, and despite being a town, traffic is constant, so we didn't rest well. The streetlights shine directly in, and there are no blinds. It was also right above the kitchen, and the cooking smell is strong in the early morning. I don't know if the other rooms are better in this regard. The inn doesn't have a gate or fence, so it's completely open. You don't get a key for the front door to the building, and since there's no reception, the door is open all day and night. Regarding the towel change, they warn you on a sign in the room that they are changed every three days, which in my opinion is excessive. The location is very close to Santillana del Mar, but it's not in the town itself; it's a neighborhood once you leave Santillana, which is about 4 km away. The breakfast might be adequate, but it's quite different from some of the photos on booking.com.
