Our stay was wonderful. They are very kind and helpful, the house is spotless, the breakfast is delicious and very complete, and the location is excellent for visiting Cantabria. I highly recommend it.

With a reservation made a month in advance, they booked us, but they didn't specify what type of room we were getting, even though the photos were very good. The huge disappointment came when they gave us the room, exactly as we expected, just like in the photos. After paying without any receipt, they told us they'd given us the wrong room and put us in a tiny room with an overwhelming smell of cows. This was after driving 500 km. When we told them we were only staying one night, they moved us to the room advertised online, but only for two nights, and then another two nights in a different room. Of the five days we had planned, we only stayed four thanks to the poor management of their business. OBSERVATIONS: The bed leaves much to be desired... we both came back with terrible back pain. The smell of cows was unbearable. MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU GO, WHICH ROOM YOU'RE RENTING, SO YOU DON'T HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS US. WE WON'T RETURN EVEN IF IT'S FREE.
We stayed this past December bank holiday weekend. A spacious and comfortable family room. Being on the top floor gives it an extra cool touch! Plus, it was winter, which makes the inn feel incredibly welcoming as soon as you walk in. The service is superb. We'll definitely be back. The breakfasts are delicious and served at generous times. We had dinners at a nearby tavern, just a 3-minute walk away. Everything is meticulously cared for.
We had a five-day stay. It was a great experience. We were super comfortable in a spectacular setting, centrally located for exploring all of Cantabria. The inn is run by Francisco, a family business that takes care of every detail to ensure guests always have everything they need. 100% recommended.
