Everything was great. One wc room had issues, but was possible to use another, so all good. Enought clean. Perfect location 💝

I'd give it zero stars if I could. The only positive thing is the location, right in the center and close to everything, although the soundproofing and noise are noticeable, so if you stay on a weekend when there's a lot of activity and parties outside, you're screwed. We were assigned an attic room on the fourth floor with no elevator, no air conditioning, and very poor heating (it was an electric radiator that doesn't even heat 5 square meters). The attic room is ideal for people around 1.20 meters tall. I highly recommend wearing a helmet to avoid hitting your head on the ceiling; honestly, staying there is a risky business for your head. The fridge is a typical hotel mini-fridge that barely fits anything, the shower is tiny, and again, the problem of the height. And to top it all off, there was NO light coming in, as there was a 30x30cm window, and that was it. In short, a cave. Cheap? Not at all. Shameful.

The best thing is the location. The beach is only in a photo of the living room, because what you can see, looking out from the balcony with a good view, is the port. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, as in my bedroom there was blush dust on the nightstand, and dust from days without cleaning, and the sheets were stretched, but not changed. The view from the back bedroom overlooks the light wells of other buildings, and it doesn't give a good impression. The kitchenware is very weak. Honestly, the cleanliness could be improved, especially because it's obvious they're in a hurry, and the owner doesn't check how they do it. By the way, when we arrived, there were some ice creams in the freezer. We went to eat, and when we returned, they were gone. I think that once the tenants move in, no one should enter the apartment, because it doesn't give any confidence or security. We slept well for two nights, as it's very spacious, but not enough to stay longer. Many things need to be improved.

It's very well located, although that has its downside: a lot of street noise. It's an area of ​​bars, terraces, and nightlife. The people upstairs seem to be in yours when they walk and talk. Many things could be improved: The walls in one of the rooms are covered in dirt stains; they could use a clean or paint job. The sheet on one of the beds has a stain from not having been changed, the mattress covers on another have yellow stains, and one pillow is uncovered; the cover is directly on the foam. There's only one electrical outlet in each room, and it's far from the bed. The nightlight has to be placed on the floor next to the bedroom door. The same thing happens in the living room; there's only one for the TV, another under the window, and one in the dining room. The kitchenware is sparse; it could use a colander, a small saucepan, more glasses, cups, kitchen knives, etc. There's no kitchen towel. Broken hangers were scattered on the closet floor, and pieces of it were on the top shelf. The kitchen was clean, but the inside of the cabinets and the refrigerator need to be cleaned once a year. The towel on the bathroom floor was gray from not being properly washed. It's cheap, but it's disgusting to sleep there. I wouldn't go back or recommend it… The owner's phone service is pleasant, but he should pay more attention to maintenance because even if he continues to rent it, the time will come when this neglect will catch up with him.

The apartments are very well-equipped, large, and very comfortable. The person we met was extremely attentive and highly qualified. We definitely look forward to returning again.
