The location is the best, right in the middle of Casco Viejo, close to restaurants, cafe, bar, laundry, supermarket and the most popular attractions in Castro Urdiales. The room was beautiful and comfy with a big balcony with a great view to the street. If you want AC thats an extra cost which is not very nice but at least you get a fan for free.
I was not impressed, very impersonal service, couldn't even help us carry our bags up the stairs. No lift. No kettle with tea coffee in rooms, disappointing as knowing guests are on the Camino, walking all day 😞 Breakfast is served in the cafe around the corner, very basic! Also can hear all the surrounding noise, so not much sleep had ☝🏼
Basic accommodation. Room small but adequate. Nice cafe across the street. Would be nice to have an elevator for suitcases. Nice front desk guy.
Great location. No elevator. No air conditioning.
Reception somewhere else- end up sitting around till he gets to us. Functional furniture a bit uncomfortable
