The location was great for us. Very little noise in the rooms, and the balcony was great for getting some fresh air. Well-equipped, and parking was right outside the door. The problem came when we noticed a toilet cistern was empty and the stopcock was broken and in the closed position, rendering the toilet completely unusable. After contacting the company, they first told us they'd call maintenance, and three hours later, they told us they couldn't come until the next day. Since there were two bathrooms, we should use the other one. Logical, but no. We paid for full use of the apartment, not for the inability to use just one of the services. Finally, we left the apartment the next day, and hours later they called us to tell us that maintenance said everything was fine, so I'm proceeding to send the photos I took, which clearly show otherwise. Add to that the fact that some walls have several stains, we found a dead butterfly behind a bathroom door, and the sink faucet filter wasn't exactly clean. For all this, I regret to say that it did not meet expectations. An incident was not resolved and the closet in one of the rooms was used to store the mop and bucket, as well as other cleaning supplies. This closet was also unusable for our belongings. I have to lower the initial rating for the apartment.
Good location. Medium-sized apartment, little light (only one window). It's a detached house with 9 apartments. Quite a lot of humidity, which the dehumidifier can't remove. Few towels and toilet paper, and no kitchen paper. Stains on the walls from previous paint drips. The light fixture in the bedroom had exposed wires, which poses a risk. Very well cleaned. Parking at the roadside. Garden a bit neglected.
Generally, the apartment we were assigned (in our case, the Sirius) met our expectations. The kitchen looked quite new, and the living room, bathroom, and bedroom were quite cozy. But there's one drawback that I think is quite important. The description states that there's soundproofing, and that's false. There was practically no rest or peace. When you arrive, there's a folder with living arrangements that aren't followed, such as not making any noise from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. However, your upstairs and next-door neighbors are talking loudly at 1:00 AM, or decide to shower while talking loudly at that time, followed by banging and moving furniture. When it's already 2:00 AM and you're ready to fall asleep, suddenly at 5:00 or 6:00 AM, the new commotion of the day begins: moving furniture, banging, and voices. This was the case for the entire week we were there. In the end, it's a shame, because the apartment is great, but even though you want to go sightseeing while on vacation, you also want to relax, and in these apartments, that's completely impossible, even with neighbors changing because some leave and others arrive.
Wonderful two-bedroom apartment, each with its own bathroom. The living room and kitchen are very spacious. Everything is very clean and well-equipped. The washing machine is shared by all apartments, no problem. Thank you very much for your kindness and good communication. See you soon.
Last week we stayed for a week and the truth is that the apartments were phenomenal, very clean, nothing was missing, it is very close to many beautiful places, close to Luaña beach, we were able to stay with my dog, they let us have a mattress, a plate, bags, etc. In short, we are delighted and we will definitely return.
