Mar Del Sueve

I stayed 3 nights in Mar Del Sueve Hotel which is a beautiful quaint hotel centrally located. Only one minute stroll to Colunga town centre. Also 3 minutes walk to the bus station. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and they are happy to help and guide you. The bedroom I stayed in was perfect. Lovely comfortable bed and nice bathroom with a lovely shower. I selected the Continental Breakfast and it was lovely. I dined in the hotel one night and although a limited choice it was delicious and very reasonably priced. The outside gardens and seating area are magnificent, relaxing and quirky. Lots to observe as you sip your beer or wine from the bar. Overall a wonderful experience in Mar Del Sueve and I would highly recommend a stay there.

This place is so lovely and the staff is so kind, generous and welcoming, ready to help you with whatever you need. Their food was delicious. Make sure not to miss thier abundant breakfast. A great place to stop on the Camino del norte

Very beautiful old house with sweet little garden. Nice room and renovated bathroom. The house is located between two streets so it was pretty noisy to sleep there. The breakfast was very plain.

Mar Del Sueve is a six-star hotel in my opinion. It is a magical getaway tucked away in Colunga, Spain. Gemma is a true gem. The ambiance, hospitality and accommodations are perfection. Although I was only there for one afternoon/evening stay before continuing on my Camino, I felt extremely refreshed. Muchas gracias!!!!

We had a wonderful time in this very beautiful hotel. The people were very friendly, we had a great breakfast and you feel like time traveling, everything seems to be antique in a good way and at the same time the modernization was so well integrated that you hardly notice it (apart from the high comfort it brings of course). And you have some unique features like the radio integrated in the wall with wonderful classical music that supports the time travel experience. Short: A must see if you're in the area!
