5 / 5 The apartment was big, with two lovely rooms, kitchen and living room with a terrace. Very clean, all you need in a quiet place. The only minus point is the distance to town, specially coming back up the hill.
4 / 5 We stayed in one of your apartments. The apartment was very nice, very clean and spacious. It was a pity the patio was neglected. Weeds growing on it and no patio furniture. It could be a lovely part of the apartment. Also we thought it was strange we had to buy our own toilet paper. I was disappointed there was not better recycling available. I understand that this is something that Comillas town council organises. But it would have been nice to see the hotel being proactive about it and providing bins for recycling.
2 / 5 The apartment was spacious, however it was not well cleaned and not well soundproofed from neighbors/outside. Had to wear socks/shoes the whole time because the floors were so dirty. Had difficulty sleeping due to noise in stairwells and outside.
3 / 5 The apartment is lovely; it has everything you need and more. However, we were very cold because we had to lower the thermostat at night since the boiler was incredibly noisy. The insulation is poor, so you can hear everything, and it loses a lot of heat.
The beds are very comfortable and large.
The living room was very nice, and the kitchen was well-equipped.
Regarding customer service, they left us a WhatsApp contact number, which we used to message with a question. We received a response six hours after we had already checked out of the apartment.
3 / 5 Spacious and clean apartment, although with little kitchenware (we didn't even have a glass). The boiler does not work very well, it does not regulate the temperature of the shower well.
We went in low season, so very quiet, but the soundproofing is poor. The building was almost empty and you could hear the few neighbors arriving.
Our main problem was that traveling with a baby, we requested a crib well in advance and they told us they didn't have them. We asked if the hotel had them and if they could bring one to the apartment, and they told us that the transfer was not possible.
Upon arrival and without having asked, they explain to us that they do not have cribs, but if we have not brought one, they will leave us one from the hotel.
We precisely proposed that solution and in response to their refusal we have had to travel throughout the north carrying a crib in the car (it was the only establishment that has not provided us with a crib). It would have been a detail to make it easier…
It seems like a basic service to me, also considering that both the hotel and apartments were empty.
If you travel with a baby it is not a recommended option.
