I do not recommend this hotel at all. While the location was convenient and the room was clean, the staff's attitude was extremely poor. We understand it was a busy time due to the local festivities, but that does not excuse the lack of respect in their treatment. Additionally, the rooms were poorly soundproofed, and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. In the end, issues like poor soundproofing aren't as significant; what matters most is the treatment and attitude of the hotel staff, and in this case, it was truly deplorable.
The location was really good, just walking distance from the center of Comillas, and the staff was nice as well! Good parking area for cars. The only downside was that there was a crack in the ceiling so water was dripping into our beds when it was raining at night. Also the walls were very thin so we could hear very little noise of people walking and talking outside. But overall, good value for the price we paid!
It’s alright. Good value for money and conveniently located at Comillas’ exit if you are doing ElCamino. There are some minor inconveniences like mosquitoes and the like…
Well located short walk into town. Parking , everything good and value . Breakfast could be spruced up a bit.
