La Portilla in Comillas is a magical and spectacular place. Everything has been chosen and cared for down to the smallest detail. Elegant and sophisticated. Without a doubt, one of the most wonderful places in Spain. The owners were incredibly welcoming. They treated us with great care and affection, and were always available. We are so grateful! The grounds and gardens are like something out of a fairytale. You can see the great care and maintenance they put into both the interior and exterior of the manor house, ensuring everything is perfect and to the guests' liking. La Portilla's location is perfect. Close to everything, yet peaceful and very pleasant. Undoubtedly an iconic place steeped in history, and one we hope to return to very soon. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
A dream house perfect for any event or a family/friends getaway. The house is spectacular, with meticulous attention to detail in its decor while maintaining its original character.
