Vacaciones en Comillas

We rented Mima's House for a wedding we were planning in Comillas the third weekend of September. From the beginning, we received friendly service and all our questions were answered. Everything was easy, even when we decided to increase the number of people attending. They kept the same price, as they had already planned to fully prepare the house due to its size. They were always attentive to us via phone and WhatsApp, video chats to ensure we collected the keys correctly, constant attention to any questions we had, and flexibility during check-in and check-out. The house needs a little facelift, but the owners are working on it. This is beyond the control of the real estate agency, which quickly resolved any issues we encountered (there was only one) during our stay. Excellent experience. We will repeat, even in the same house, because it truly is a treasure to be able to enjoy such a large property in the center of Comillas and at one of the most competitive prices on the market, despite the minor issues it may have due to its age.

The Prado Verde is a fantastic place with its terrace, beds, kitchen with everything you need, and everything is comfortable. I stayed two years ago in an apartment from the same agency near the beach, and it was fantastic. The agency was very helpful, helping me with everything I needed. I have fond memories. The apartments are equipped with everything you need, clean, and have utensils. I would definitely stay again.

We came across Vacaciones en Comillas by chance, and it was the best discovery ever. Finding a summer home in Comillas isn't easy, and Rubén gave us wonderful service and recommended the accommodation that best suited our needs. When we arrived, the service was exquisite. We had a problem with the washing machine, and a technician came to fix it in less than an hour. We needed another set of keys, and they had one available that afternoon. They were always at our disposal. We forgot a travel bag when we left, and they made it easy for us to retrieve it. We were lucky to have found them. Highly recommended.

Terrible management by the La Cardosa apartment rental company. We arrived at an apartment that had a boiler with heating (necessary for the dates we were there, a few days before Easter, for five nights), and when we arrived it wasn't working. Instead of fixing the boiler, they provided us with electric heaters which, besides not being the solution we expected, made a very annoying noise. We called and wrote to them on several days and they offered no further solution. That's the kind of service they offer their guests. We neither recommend them nor will we return.

I rented a house in Mies de Estrada, and everything was perfect. The house looks exactly like the photos. Keys were handed over and picked up on time. We'll be back.
