Hotel Aitana

I bought by mistake a room for 4 people. I couldn’t go to this hotel in the end so 20 minutes later after buying I try to get a refund and the next day they send me this: I´m so sorry In this case, a refund is not possible. Thanks I’ve lost 207€ because of their selfishness and dishonesty. I don’t recommend sleeping in a place with people like that.

We quite enjoyed our stay here! The room was cozy and clean, the shower was nice and warm, the staff was friendly. The location was very comfortable for us since it is a short walk from the train station. After reading some of the comments here i expected much less, so I was pleasantly surprised :) Also there seem to be a couple of nice restaurants nearby.

Visit around August 2021. The room (only one for three people unlike what google might say under the review) was very small for 3 people but staff were nice. Have to pay for parking and had a pet fee. Our car was having trouble so we had to stay in the car and let the man who gives car fines know about it everytime he passed by. The area was actually very nice and easy to walk around as we took turns to look after the car.

Overpriced hotel rooms small room uncomfortable bed half a bath because size of the shower, and wen having a shower all the water will come out to the floor, extra charge for parking, no amneties in the room coffee, kettle, or tea, small screen TV, for this price I would expect 4star hotel but mi rating would be - 1 the reason being if you want to charge you should provide at least the bare minimum, breakfast included but only choice of bread and ham or croasaint and coffee not good enough, Train tracks just about few meters from the rooms so you can forget about any sleep

No coffee for customers (walked in before 22:00. No shampoo/bath gel little extra luxury. The lady at reception was friendly & helpful. Thanks
