Avoid !!! Unethical business practices! I booked a room in a morning, provided credit card details and received 2 confirmations via email and on their website guaranteeing my booking. 2 hours later I received another confirmation email asking for registration details to speed up check-in. When I arrived in the evening - nobody there, no instructions and nobody picks up the phone. After multiple calls an arrogant lady tells me there is no reservation for me and that they decided to cancel my booking - without ever letting me know. The reason she said was that they couldn’t charge my credit card. They never informed me (either email or call or message…) about this until that moment (20:30 in the evening) - and the lady even tried to lie to me that she called me - nobody called me!!! I offered to pay on the spot either cash or card, or via PayPal or doing a bank transfer or basically anything that would work for them - they refused all solutions and told me to make a new booking online. WHY?? Because they increased the price for the room by 25€ since I booked in the morning - what a joke!!! They were hoping I am a desperate traveller who would pay any price just to get a room as it was late in the evening… what a disgrace to hospitality!! I have never encountered more unprofessional, disrespectful and unethical business manners just to get more money out of a customer. Don’t stay here! They don’t deserve your money!
I stayed here the other night. The room was clean and comfortable. The walls are thin yes but it wasn't too bad. Think most people who stay are starting the camino. Maybe could do with a little modernising but i think it was good value for money
Worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. But at a totally overpriced price. Bad beds, no window to the outside. Around the courtyard an unbelievably bad smell that did not lead to a restful sleep.
Family hotel, the woman on reception couldn't do enough for me. There was no lift but she brought my suitcase up to my room.
Pena não haver parque de estacionamento, o que diz em alguns sites que tem parque de estacionamento privado para clientes. Há a grande chance do carro ficar longe, como foi o caso do nosso a mais de 700m.
