Good value for money. Very good location. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. Alberto's service is unbeatable (very attentive and helpful). The only reason I didn't give it a full rating is because of the lighting (somewhat insufficient) and the mattress on the double bed, which is too small for tall people and very soft.

The location is well-connected and parking is easy. It's a large house divided into several apartments; mine was just okay... damp walls, poorly sealed windows that let in bugs... the kitchen was very old... we had noisy neighbors and could hear everything...
Superbly located between Gijón and Santander, just steps from a beautiful beach and very close to other beaches on the Asturian coast. Also very close to the Picos de Europa mountains. Spacious and comfortable apartment, perfect for a large family and well-equipped. We had a wonderful holiday!
The apartment is very well connected by highway and close to interesting places. However, I absolutely do NOT recommend it due to its cleanliness. I've never seen so many cobwebs and bugs in my life. It's a shame; the owner should hire a professional cleaner, even if it's a little more expensive, as the location and surroundings are spectacular. But we're in the 21st century, and you shouldn't expect unsanitary conditions in something you're paying for.
