I haven't stayed here but we've been to the restaurant many times this and last year. The food is varied and delicious. Mind you the portions vary depending on where you order from, that is, if you ask for the daily menu, which I strongly recommend, the sizes are smaller than if ordering straight form the menu separately. In addition, the service is kind and warm. The best feature in my opinion is the scenic view to the wide beach.
Beautiful location. Room was very basic, especially for the August price. Everything was clean and breakfast was wonderful...again with a view of the beach. Note, it is down a very busy (in summer) single track lane that can take some time to navigate with congested traffic. Easy parking at hotel.
What a find! A wonderful, calm, luxurious hotel right on a private beach. The room was great (mind the little step up into the Bathroom though!) and the welcome was warm and friendly. Dinner was outstanding with a wonderful menu of interesting, local foods. Not to be missed and would absolutely stay there again.
I have stayed in this hotel 2 days with my best friend. We have really appreciated the calmness of the location from the hotel. It’s located directly at the beach of La Franca. The personell working there is really friendly. The room is equipped with all necessary things you need. Nevertheless the bed was a little small “queen size” so for two persons a little tiny. The room was also not so spacious but it’s ok for a the time. The bathroom is big enough for two persons. If you want to make a vacation directly at a calm beach without any mass tourism I fully recommend you this hotel.
Hotel is old but recently renovated. Good location on the beach. Part of a campground complex? On the downside, the service in the restaurant at dinner seemed untrained, unprofessional, and fairly unfriendly. Absolutely not pleasant and made the whole stay less enjoyable.
