We stayed three nights as a base of operations for the Camino de Santiago we were following. The apartment is well located and well maintained. The owners were attentive to our needs and gave us good recommendations for places to eat in the area. Overall, a good experience.
Everything was perfect, plenty of space and very comfortable. Very close to the town, less than a 15-minute walk away.
I reserved an apartment for one day through Booking.com, and when I called to see if I could check in two hours early, they told me I didn't have a reservation because they only allowed a minimum of three days. When I told him I had the reservation number, he said he didn't care and that even though he had a room available, he wouldn't let us stay for just one day. So, he left us without a place to sleep that night.
The location is very good, the house itself was not bad, but when we checked in, the smell of closed and humidity was very strong, so much so that the first night we had trouble sleeping and the next day we had to go to the supermarket to buy anti-humidity devices and air fresheners, another thing is that there were spiders inside the living room, not in the bedrooms but in the living room, we spent several days killing spiders, some were quite large, otherwise everything was ok!
We loved it. The photos don't do it justice. Very clean and well-equipped. A ten-minute walk from the center of Luarca.
