Weird town but the albergue is definitely helping with the vibe. Quite small but the communication with the host was perfect via WhatsApp. It’s 10euros pp which is great for what you get.
Clean albergue. 1 shower/1 toilets. About 12 beds (bunk beds). Single use sheets. The guy that greeted us was super friendly and helpful. No washing machine or dryer or place to hang clothes. Kitchen with oven and stoves and microwave but no fridge or any utensils to cook unfortunately.
EUR 6 for a bed for the night. Good clean facilities multiple male and female bathrooms plus a full kitchen. Also free WiFi which is nice for an albergue. All in all a very good albergue. Buen Camino!
Arrived there. No hospitalieros. No peregrinos. Zero, nobody. The posters on the walls said that the local police administered the albergue and that on sundays they would arrive at 20-20:30 to do the check-in and take the money. Nobody arrived. The phone numbers were not helpful: one didn't work at all, and on the other nobody answered.
Overcrowded. Almost no kitchen facilities. 1 glass, about 3 spoons and a couple of plates. Did have a hotplate and oven, but no fridge.
