This is the best Albergue in Mondoñedo. Do yourself a favour(weary pilgrims) spend a few more euros and get a place that new( with great modern facilities),clean and just nice 👍 . And yes they have free wi-fi 🙄
Wonderful place to stay. Has a big kitchen and a rooftop terrace. Fresh bedlinen and a towel are included! They also provide shampoo, shower gel and some foot creams. Perfect for pilgrims. Very cosy and quiet. Highly recommend!
I recommend you stay at Lumen Albergue. The best Albergue ever!! €20 but worth every penny. Exceptionally clean, friendly staff, in the center of town and brand new. A beautiful rooftop terrace. When you arrive, they give you a care kit, with shampoo, a sponge, tired leg cream and more.
There are many albergues in the city. Several cheaper, but none of them offer what this one does. I spent three nights, each night in a separate one, and Albergue Lumen was the best. Not only was the staff the most friendly I’ve seen on the entire Camino, this Albergue was better than any hostel, never mind just albergue, I’ve stayed in. The beds are very comfy, the terrace is beautiful, beautiful furnishings, great showers, and included with our stay was essentially a perfect care package for our stay. When sleeping is so important to set up your day along the Camino, it’s important that you chose the one where you can sleep most, and certainly it’s here.
very nice Albergues, very clean, nice welcoming inside de town close to the magnific cathedral. Go there !
