We had a wonderful stay at this rural house near Playa del Silencio. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we felt at home. The surroundings are absolutely stunning — Playa del Silencio is one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen, and the natural setting around the house is perfect for disconnecting and enjoying peace and quiet. We would definitely come back! Highly recommended.
I'm so happy that I was able to visit and relax there for two days during our Camino. The host did everything he could to ensure a comfortable stay. The area is breathtaking. You can hike all around from one beach/cliff to another. Warm, comfortable, clean. Be sure to bring some supplies, because there isn't even a cafe in the village.
Highly recommended to stay this lovely place. The owner, Victor, is so friendly and helpful to 6 of us. The silence beach is incredibly beautiful. I would say it is world-class level. We are on the Camino del Norte and so happy to stay here.
I was there a few days ago with my partner, hiking the Camino del Norte. The location is spectacular, with Playa del Silencio less than 1 km away. Victor's service was unbeatable, making us feel right at home. I think it's an ideal place for pilgrims, thanks to the friendly staff, the good price, and the unbeatable views of the area.
The sunset was breathtaking, with a vibrant golden, orange, and purple glow. It was a visual feast. The albergue owner's cooking was excellent, his personality was friendly, and the rooms were clean. It was a perfect place for hikers to stay on the trail. The price was reasonable! I highly recommend it to everyone, and remember to give him a big hug.
