Good apartments with everything you need for a short stay. The owner also provides breakfast amenities. Clean and with parking. Very friendly staff, and a great location for seeing the beaches and mountains. Between Llanes and Ribadesella.
We've been spending a few days in the area and stayed in this fantastic apartment. Fernando, who answered the phone, is an exceptional person and provided excellent service, as did the woman who was waiting to give us the keys. Nueva is a super peaceful place... you have everything you need and you're close to everything. I'll definitely be back when I can get away for a while!

A beautiful town in a great location. Fernando, the host, is a wonderful person. He provided us with every convenience and provided fabulous service. The apartments have plenty of kitchenware, a hairdryer, and even an iron. A 10/10 experience. We'll be back.
Excellent location in Nueva, a charming town. Fernando, the owner, was very kind and recommended places to visit and eat. He was also flexible with the schedule since we were traveling with a baby and let us use a crib. We hope to return soon. Highly recommended.
