Very modern hotel with great both exterior and interior taste. Very quiet, spotless clean. As two piligrims, we were welcomed with smile and had a very good rest.

We booked a stay in August based on an ad that stated cancellations were allowed up to 7 days prior to the reservation, with a full refund of the deposit. We had to cancel due to a flight cancellation, but not only did we not receive our money back, we are also getting no response from the hotel. Beware! This feels like a scam. Protect your money at all costs. Every attempt to reach out, through any means, has gone unanswered, and we are extremely disappointed with this service.
Very modern and well maintained family hotel. Our room was spotless, with an extremely comfortable bed and bathroom. Staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is a feast. Environment quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended!
This new hotel is perfect, from the room the design, with every little detail taken care of to make your stay here most comfortable. The stuff are wonderful and the sensation is that everyone is present to assist you in any way they can. I recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Nueva.
