1 / 5 They provided me with a dirty room, no wifi, and a broken/leaking toilet. They refused to refund my money. Do not stay here.
5 / 5 I was here in January 2026.
On my way to Santiago de Compostela.
Very clean room, not above the bar but across the street.
The heating was broken, but they fixed it immediately.
Very polite service.
1 / 5 We booked the room thinking it was part of the hotel (which looked very nice), but we discovered it was actually in the guesthouse (something the hotel staff didn't tell us when we paid). You really need to pay attention to this detail.
We were warned that the room was right above the restaurant terrace, so there might be some noise (we saw it was typical restaurant noise, which is why we stayed). The worst part, and something we weren't warned about at all, is that the restaurant turns into a pub at midnight with loud music, a party atmosphere, the clatter of a foosball table, and people staying until very late, which meant we could barely sleep. This surprised us a bit given what we'd seen of the hotel, but we realized it was normal after reading some reviews that mentioned possible closing times. We called the hotel, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us options and trying to resolve the situation quickly and effectively. Finally, the party ended around 2:30 a.m. The terrace didn't empty until 3:30 a.m.
The room was very basic, fairly clean, and the bed was small but comfortable. The food we brought up from the restaurant was delicious: a combination plate with pork loin, eggs, and sweet potato that we thoroughly enjoyed.
What saved this otherwise bad experience was the receptionist's attention; she was very kind and helpful at all times. They even offered us breakfast the next day as a thank you for the inconvenience, a gesture we greatly appreciated.
Even so, I wouldn't recommend this room at all; it would only be suitable for someone who wants to join the nightlife. For rest and a good night's sleep, there are better options in the area.
