GOOD. We stayed here on the Camino de Santiago in July 2025. The apartment is a duplex (two floors, stairs to the bedrooms), which is fine. The apartment has no air conditioning. It has water fans, which are very dirty. The bedrooms are attics, so there are lower areas, and some windows don't open properly. The bathrooms have a shower and the other has a bathtub, so you have to kneel to bathe. Check-in is terrible; you have to do it upon arrival at OPINO, at Pensión Platas, where they leave your luggage. The apartment is about 400 meters away. Clean, with some items not checked for use. Large. Comfortable. 3 bathrooms (one small one on the ground floor) and 3 bedrooms. Kitchen and washing machine. Lack of bathroom amenities (hand soap—one tiny bar in one of the upstairs bathrooms—towel rack, toilet paper holder, lack of extractor fan in bathrooms, etc.). I'm still looking for mountain views. There are cafes and bars right across from the apartment. Well, if you're in a wheelchair, not all units in the apartment are accessible, especially to the second floor of the duplex. To access the apartment from the street, I want to remind you that the elevator is too small for a wheelchair.
We stayed here while hiking the Camino de Santiago. The apartment was very nice, except the rooms are attics, so there are lower areas. When renting, you have to go to the hotel reception in a building at the entrance to the village, about 400 meters away. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. We recommend it. The reception staff were very nice.
The apartment is in a great location. In the upstairs bathroom, you have to shower on your knees because the ceilings are low. We had a problem with the neighbor's alarm system and called reception, but I'm still waiting for them to answer. It took the neighbor two hours to get home and disconnect it.
The apartment was fine, but the check-in arrangements were terrible. We had to go to the hotel to check in and carry our luggage from the hotel to the apartment. The receptionist was very friendly. They could improve things and make arrival easier for travelers.
Excellent value for money. The duplex was super clean and new, perfect for recharging before the last stage of the Camino de Santiago. My only complaint is that the ad says it has a jacuzzi and hydromassage, but it's just a bathtub with jets; however, it worked perfectly. Thank you for the cleaning and the service; highly recommended.
