4 / 5 The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. We had a shared bathroom. Basic needs were met, towels are supplied. There was body wash in the shower and hand soap for your hands. They even had paper towels to dry your hands! I would definitely stay here again.
1 / 5 Could not find the place and had to sleep like a homeless person.
1 / 5 Bed bugs ! Run Away from this place!
1 / 5 Terrible value for money, 69 euros per night. We booked a double room, and upon arrival, they took us to a different place, AT, on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It's practically a flat with locks in the rooms. Paper-thin walls, people laughing until 2 a.m. A pitiful visit to this room.
They don't care in the slightest about providing quality service.
1 / 5 We were walking the Camino de Santiago and on the fourth day, my partner and I decided to sleep alone, as we'd come from hostels with a lot of people. We wanted to get some rest and found this establishment that offers single rooms. Honestly, we deeply regretted it. It's a place where you can't rest: you can hear absolutely everything, the noise from people in their rooms is unbearable, and the walls feel like cardboard. We slept terribly, and to top it all off, we paid €90 for one night, which seemed like a total rip-off. As for the staff, there's nothing to complain about: they're very friendly. But the facilities leave a lot to be desired. We came from hostels where we paid around €30 a night, with decent, well-equipped kitchens. Here, on the other hand, there weren't even the most basic necessities: you couldn't even cut something to eat. We were forced to go out and buy groceries because there wasn't a proper kitchen, when we believe that should be an essential service, especially given the price they charge. The only positive thing we can highlight is the cleanliness, which was adequate.
In short: We do not recommend Noja Rooms at all.
