Bed bugs infestation! + terrible customer service. Didn't apologized and to Make things worse our luggage was not ready for pick up, they denied any responsibility and we had to pay the taxi to have them Delivered.
Bed bugs! I actually saw bed bugs during the day, so I left the room immediately and informed the owner. However, the administrator started yelling at me, and to this day I haven’t been refunded for my stay. I’m extremely upset that the issue hasn’t been resolved even 15 days after my reservation.
If you don’t want to take a gamble, avoid this place: the different apartment blocks vary significantly. We booked a double room with a private bathroom but got a room with three single beds instead. The noise level was unbearable—you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. We were also unlucky to be directly beneath the shared bathroom, so we heard everyone passing by and using the facilities. Access was difficult as there’s no reception and no entry code; you have to call for someone to let you in. The mattress was old and worn out, and breakfast is a few streets away. Overall, I cannot recommend this place if you're looking for a good night's sleep.
Wonderful staff. Clean rooms. Nice rooms and good beds. The only reason for the 3 star rating is that bathrooms are shared between >7 people. Bathrooms don’t have different stalls or multiple showers but are rather “normal” house bathrooms. In the morning it’s difficult to find a time to shower
Even this hotel isn't an arbergue, there're no sope and shampoo in the bathroom. There's only one shower on a one floor. There's also no space to dry clothes.
