The staff were so helpful in this lovely accommodation, they went out of their way to get a list item we left behind back to us quickly without any problem. I would highly recommend it.
Altogether I highly recommend it
The shared bathroom was tiny; the toilet was practically next to the shower. We left an item of clothing behind, and they told us they hadn't seen anything and hadn't found the towels either, even though we'd left them hanging on the rack behind the door. Also, the room had a strange smell, like a bit of sewage.
Our experience with this guesthouse was very disappointing. This summer we were unable to travel to the accommodation due to the severe wildfires in the area, a situation completely beyond our control. Even so, they neither refunded our money nor offered any alternative, such as a voucher or a change of dates. In times of difficulty, one expects empathy and understanding from an establishment, but in this case, there was none. Poor customer service that we certainly do not recommend.
