The staff is super friendly. We stayed there for one night and everything was fine. The rooms and nice, clean and equipped with everything you would need. There WERE NOT any bedbugs and we had a lovely stay. We did not use the staff as we were too tired but anything else was just perfect! Definitely recommend
Owner would not return any contact. Tried to cancel 12 and again 9 and again 6 days before booking and they would not release. All other places on Camino did cancel for me since I was injured early on. Don’t book here. They will take advantage of any situation.
A fantastic experience at the end of the Camino. We received excellent service, everything was very clean, the kitchen was a great bonus, and the laundry facilities were a huge plus, as many places don't. The spa is the best thing you'll ever experience.
A good experience at the hotel and the spa. One area where we could improve was the room door opening system. Otherwise, everything was fine. The receptionist was friendly and showed us all the services. It's worth noting that the hotel has a shared kitchen, which pleasantly surprised us. The spa area includes a sauna, a Turkish bath, a cold pool, a warm pool, a jacuzzi, and stones with a water jet, so it's not bad at all. Upon arrival, we booked our time, went down when it was our turn, and everything was fine. We've made a note of this place to come back :)
A 10/10 experience. After so many days of hiking, we couldn't have found a better place to recharge our batteries and feel our muscles feel like new! Clean facilities, attentive staff, and we never lacked for anything! 100% recommended if you're in Pedrouzo!
