A beautiful place. We stayed in the 4-bedroom apartment, very comfortable and warm despite the cold weather. Cruz left us plenty of firewood, and in addition to the heating, we lit the fireplace and were very comfortable. Everything was very well decorated, clean, and cozy. The private garden was very pretty and great for the dog to run around freely. They were always attentive to make sure you didn't want for anything. We'll be back.

We just returned from there. My mom, my baby, my 38-kilogram dog, and I stayed in the two-bedroom house. The house is great—clean, spacious, has everything you could need, and a beautiful, huge garden where my dog ​​had a blast. The location is great, and the owners are always attentive. We were incredibly comfortable.

Deceptive, unprofessional, and with terrible customer service We booked this rural house specifically because their Booking.com page clearly stated that they accepted pets. Since we were traveling with a small dog, we verified this information before booking. However, the day before our arrival, when we called to reconfirm, they flatly told us that pets were not allowed under any circumstances, not even for an extra charge, despite what their own listing indicated. Faced with this situation, we were forced to cancel the reservation to avoid the risk of being left without accommodation and losing half our money. Shortly after, they called us saying that "now" we could bring our pet, but we had already had to find another option. When we explained this, far from admitting their mistake, they began threatening us with not refunding any of the money we had paid. Fortunately, thanks to Booking.com's policies, we managed to prevent them from keeping the entire amount, but their attitude was completely unacceptable. This accommodation is a complete rip-off: they lie in their listing, treat you badly, and try to leave you stranded with your booking money. If you want to avoid unnecessary frustration and problems, look for any other option before this one.

Horrible experience. We went to spend a weekend with friends, and I had booked the house through two different people. He didn't provide any help, and we had already paid everything. He spoke horribly and condescendingly, treating us like children. Disgraceful and rude. He said he'd had problems but that it was our fault when we had already paid and confirmed. If they had been nice, everything would have been different, but that wasn't the case. I wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed in the little house two years in a row and it was a wonderful stay. The owners are the epitome of kindness, the garden is a delight, and my daughters had a great time and enjoyed it a lot. The house has everything you need for a short stay. The setting is beautiful, and it's a great location for exploring western Cantabria. We won't be back this year, but my daughters say they want to go to their house in Cantabria. We'll definitely be back.
