We couldn't have found a better place. Vicente was always available, friendly, and approachable. He made us feel right at home. My dog ​​was one of us; he's never been as calm as he was in that house. We were very, very comfortable.

The cottage has everything you need to make you feel at home. It's decorated with incredible attention to detail and great taste, both inside and out. The cleanliness is impeccable. Although they allow pets, we didn't find a single mite. Finally, I'd like to highlight Vicente's hospitality. He's a thoughtful and kind person who takes care of his cottage like few others do. Thank you, Vicente. We'll definitely be back.

This was my sixth time in Cantabria, and I'm sure if I return, I'd stay here without hesitation. It has everything you need for a relaxing and leisurely stay. The house is fully equipped, with all the appliances and kitchen utensils. The host will take care of your arrival with everything you need, including coffee, sobaos, quesada, dog treats, etc. The house is completely new and extremely clean; it's a pleasure to stay in a place like this. The bathroom is fully equipped with a new, functional shower. The bed is incredibly comfortable and features a pellet fireplace that ensures you'll be comfortable any time of year. I want to emphasize that if you're looking for truly dog-friendly accommodation, this place delivers. You don't pay any extra for the number or size of your dogs (this is the first accommodation with a dog that doesn't charge me), you have a new, super-convenient food and water bowl for your walks, treats for them, and a mosquito net so they can easily enter and exit the house. Excellent location. I don't understand the negative comments. It's between Suances and Santillana del Mar, perfect for getting around and relaxing without hearing anything but nature (by the way, new windows with top-notch insulation). The house's surroundings are excellent. It has its own fenced terrace for the dogs, a barbecue, a breakfast table, and incredible views. Parking is available right outside the door. The best part is the feeling your host (Vicente, we love you, g) gives you from the moment you arrive. He takes care of everything and advises you on everything you need. He's very attentive to making sure you don't lack anything, and you can tell he likes his guests to feel at home. He's always thinking about how to improve your stay and ensure the house lasts for a long time. He was kind enough to leave us a bottle of cava at the door when he found out it was my partner's birthday. The details always make the difference. It's impossible for a normal person to be upset about something when you're enjoying a stay like this.

We stayed for four nights in April, and the only regret is that we couldn't have stayed for 20. The best pet-friendly accommodation we've ever stayed in. Very comfortable beds and pillows, free parking right outside the door. The host is extremely friendly. The surroundings are beautiful, and the house is carefully maintained down to the last detail. And speaking of details, all of Vicente's thoughtful touches are incredible, from the massages to the magnet. Check-in is super simple. 5/5, and if I could, 10/5. We'll definitely be back.

Pasamos 2 días, la casa es muy coqueta, decorada muy bonita, está super limpia, colchón y almohadas todo impecable y cómodo, no deja de ser una casa rural restaurada que tiene todo lo necesario para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Está situada a menos de 5 minutos en coche de Santillana del Mar y muy próxima a Suances y Comillas y a media hora de Santander. Nos atendieron muy amables, los dueños residen muy cerca con lo cual estaban muy pendientes de todo lo que necesitasemos. En general me gustó y la recomendaría a quienes deseen retirarse a descansar y tener todo cerca.
