I made a reservation through Booking.com, but upon arrival at the hotel, I decided not to stay. My room’s window overlooked the restaurant below, which was very crowded and noisy. People were smoking right outside my window, and the smoke drifted into the room continuously. I couldn’t open the curtains for fresh air because it felt like we were in an aquarium—everyone in the restaurant was able to see into the room, and it offered zero privacy for me and my child. I asked for a refund after less than 30 minutes of being there, as we felt uncomfortable and unsafe. However, the hotel refused to refund the full amount I had already paid. This was very disappointing and frustrating, and unfortunately, it ruined what should have been a pleasant stay.
Very busy when we came for lunch and the service seemed chaotic- understandable at busy times, but also quite unfriendly. Prices high for the portion size , but it’s a lovely location by the beautiful Playa del Pool.

This hotel is totally off the beaten track & well worth the visit. The beach is lovely & the hosts very welcoming. The food is amazing. The bed is very comfortable, in a nicely decorated room.
