WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I will NOT come back in my life. When in the restaurant, first, we ask for the menu and the waiter (very rude), tells us that it is available until 15:00 and that we cannot ask for it. I let him know it’s 14:54 and he replies with a “you can leave if you do not like it”. Second, since my girlfriend is allergic to garlic, I kindly ask the waiter if they can bring ham roasts without garlic at the time we see that the toasts we got have a garlic sauce on it (very weird btw). They respond VERY RUDELY and we ask in advance if they can avoid cooking with garlic the next dishes we ordered. The waiter tells us that the Zamburiñas cannot be cooked without garlic. I kindly let them know again that my girlfriend is allergic to garlic, therefore just cooking them without garlic would be ok for us. Now, another person from the staff comes outside and starts talking to us very rudely. He says that everyone eats that without garlic and that they cook it that way. At this time we decide to leave the table since they were VERY RUDE. Looked like they were making us a favour instead of us paying for food. I haven’t experienced the stay in the hotel but the restaurant, however, taking into account the rude treatment we got from the staff (I never saw anything like this), I would NOT to stay here.
Been a few years since I visited, but as everyone else says; very friendly and service minded manager. Great place to stay and a couple of minutes walk from restaurant 'La Botellería', which also has a great manager, with tasty very tasty food on the menu!
