Nice clean room at a fair price. Great location - everything in walking distance, centro, cafes, supermarkets… Yes you will hear your neighbours and yes it may take a little while when turning the tap on for the water to become warm but this did not stop me from a very good nights rest which was all I wanted and needed. I’ve slept in places a which where far less soundproof, even had mold issues and not nearly as clean for the same price if not more! Very friendly & helpful owner - I would definitely come back. Thank you!
Fine stay for 1 night. Very welcoming host. The room was clean and its great value for money. But the cleaning product that was used for cleaning is so chemical. It smelled very strong and it remained on the floor and towels, you can feel it on your feet and skin. The bed was comfortable. The problem with breakfast was the "cook" who in front of our faces dropped jamon on the floor, then picked it up and put back into the sandwich. That is just a shame and unacceptable. Fresh squeezed orange juice was a good thing about breakfast.
Great place to stay. The room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location is perfect, and the staff was super friendly..
Amazing Hotel in a great location. Clean and comfy rooms, good breakfast. Elevator and baby chair. But most important lovely staff. Maria and Henri made the stay to a heartwarming experience. Highly recommended.
The hotel is in the city center. It is easy to find, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, a pub and a general store close to the hotel. Mr. owner is a very nice and cheerful guy. The rooms are clean and tidy. Rooms and rates are acceptable. I recommend when you come to Ribadea so try Santa Cruz hotel.
