We stayed for just one night, located at the port. The staff was very friendly. The room was small, but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only negative was the smell of pipes coming from the bathroom and the air conditioning. They should check that; it's a common complaint. The breakfast was average, with a variety of pastries, fresh fruit, and delicious coffee. There's an elevator nearby to get to the center, and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants.
100% recommended. Very nice hotel, very well located. Everything is spotless, and the staff is very friendly, both at reception and the room attendant. It's nice to have a 24-hour reception and the staff are always willing to help with anything. The bathroom is fantastic, and the shower pressure is excellent.
It's the old customs building, recently renovated. The location is perfect, next to the port, just steps from the center. The decor is very thoughtful, yet it's very spacious. The breakfast is phenomenal and the cleanliness is excellent. A special mention to Rosi; she's an exceptional woman who took wonderful care of us.
We stayed for two days. The hotel has only been open a month, so everything is very new. The location is perfect; I could see the estuary from my room. Expensive for what it offers. If they give you room 205, keep it. It's small and smells like sewage. We told reception when we left, and I honestly don't think they'll do anything about it; they know what it's like. Anyway, there are certainly better, cheaper options.
