We loved the apartment. We stayed in one of them (the Cetárea, specifically) for six days, and it was great. Spacious for four people (there were three of us). Very clean. Very comfortable beds, and the parking was a great idea. Patricia was fantastic as a host. The thoughtful touch of the breakfast box was brilliant. We would definitely come back and recommend it.
The apartment is very comfortable and close to the beach. The furniture is quite new and the decor is modern. Perhaps the best features were the kitchen and the beds. Patricia greeted us on the first day and explained all the excursions we could take. We hope to return next year!
It's in the perfect location for the beach, walks, the city, tranquility, and everything. It has free parking and the best cleaning and COVID protocol you can imagine. The apartments are luxurious and excellent in terms of quality, beds, amenities, etc. And they have Patri, who is very attentive and answers any questions or needs instantly. And all at a good price. Exceptional. We are a family from Madrid who come to these apartments every year and stay for about two weeks in August. The apartments are brand new, beautiful, and furnished with every detail and comfort. Everything is very, very clean and well-maintained. Patricia manages everything wonderfully; she's lovely and always available for anything that might come up. The apartments have a parking space, which in Ribadesella is a huge plus (especially in the summer when parking is impossible). Within Ribadesella, the apartments are located in the best area, the beach area. The main shopping area with bars and restaurants is on the other side of the bridge that crosses the Sella River (the town itself), so the apartments are very peaceful. And as for the location within Asturias, there's little to add... Ribadesella and its surroundings are a natural paradise... I give Picu 7 a 10 out of 10.
Everything is very clean and tidy. Upon arrival, they explain a lot about the area and the many activities you can do. It's really worth it, especially if you're looking for a relaxing vacation and will be in the apartment frequently. If you're looking to spend all day visiting things, it's a bit excessive and somewhat expensive. I would have been fine with something simpler. But it deserves a 10.
