Fabulous hotel right in the middle of town. All views are interesting and it is possible to see both the sea and the mountains from some of the rooms. The owner is fantastic - always helpful and nothing is too much trouble. She is accommodating in every way. My friend was ill and needed a different room and she was able to move even though it was the middle of summer. Hotel is popular, full, clean and excellent service. A unique Spanish experience. Big thank you to the owner.
This is an old hotel but everything was perfect for us. The bed was comfy, pillows nice, clean and quiet, bathroom small but good shower and nice hot water. Breakfast was good great coffee. It is a bit dated but has so much memorabilia found it fascinating. The staff are exceptional made us feel very welcome. A very homely feel about the place. Great location on river front with easy stroll around small town.

A beautiful old hotel that appears to have had its last major renovation in the 1980s, by a designer who was obsessed with keeping everything as it was in 1950. This is not a complaint. The hotel has a wonderful old world feel and look, some incredible views, and an abundance of charm due in no small part to the staff who made our stay easy, comfortable and pleasing. Whilst basic in terms of amenities, the hotel is excellent value for money, and one finds it hard to imagine it can be beaten for charm, location, and the warmth and hospitality of its staff.
