Unfortunately very bad customer service, I have been trying to contact them in 2 weeks and didn't receive any response. Overloading and being busy is not an accuse as everyone are busy right now but somehow they care about their future guest. It's pity as the place itself looked very promising. Oh yes, I believe I was ignored because I will be on my Camino way 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ well, I will find surfing class somewhere else. Good luck!
Lovely place on the beachfront, but we were treated in a rude manner by the staff. We arrived at about 2:30pm and we had walked from Llanes. The sign outside said they were full. But we thought they might help us find another albergue or somewhere else to stay. I went in and to find two members of staff chatting happily at the reception. I tried to explain in Spanish our situation and asked if they could tell us where we could find other albergues/accommodation in Ribadesella. One replied in English "no, we can't help you". I asked if they had a map of the town we could look at and she replied "I am sorry but I have a lot of work to do" before she started laughing with her colleague. Maybe I have misinterpreted the meaning of hospitality, but I thought it meant to be hospitable to people and to help people who have arrived. I thought it was very unprofessional and quite rude.
