Comfortable bed, decent shower. Good space for bags/unpacking and even a desk. Plenty of light overall and by bed, too, for reading. Appreciated all the outlets for charging (sometimes surprised in hotels when I have to unplug a lamp to charge my phone, but they had plenty!) Appreciated the shared refrigerator and coffee/tea area. Liked all their recycling bins! Also appreciated the parking at the bus station, very convenient and close and pretty good value with their discount. Does not have 24 hour check-in and was concerned after arriving that no one was there. But they had been in communication over WhatsApp and I called, they were able to direct me to my room and open remotely. The key card was waiting for me as well as a welcome sign. Very nice after a long day of driving. A little far from Old Town and the bay and Mount Igueldo, maybe, but it's a good walking city so no issues. It just seemed like a really long walk back after a day of sightseeing. 😉
We were informed before arrival that there would be “temporarily obstructed views” due to scaffolding. What we actually found was a full construction site directly outside our balcony. The balcony itself was unsafe, with active construction, no safety barriers, and workers standing right outside the room looking in, resulting in zero privacy. This goes far beyond obstructed views and was not properly disclosed. The room was effectively unusable as advertised, and the situation created genuine safety and privacy concerns. Offering “obstructed views” as a warning does not justify placing guests next to an active construction zone. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here while construction is ongoing.
Perfect location, at the entrance of the train station and the bus station, 15 minutes walking to the old town. Small room, but fill our needs completely.
Clean and quiet, pretty centrally located. Coffee and tea facilities in the hall. Why 4 and not 5 stars: Not smooth check in process, no one told us about it when booking this place that if you check in after 6pm then you need to deal with it using their website via ink they send. We only found out about it on the day of arrival. The provided instruction was not clear unfortunately as it was hard to understand that we need to use the link provided to open all doors, we were only able to manage it with the help of another guest as no one was at the reception and they did not reply after 9pm on WhatsApp messages. Also room was small and had no view, it was a look inside the yard 3x3 meters wide.
Great location - right by the train / bus station and walkable to both the Gros neighborhood as well as Old Town and La Concha. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful.
