The only thing enjoy comfort enjoys is taking your money. We contacted the hotel 3 days before we were meant to stay asking to possibly change our arrival date. We did not hear back from them. After finally calling them to ask them why they had not gotten back to us we were told by the owner that he 'had been on holidays' and he was sorry, we asked for a refund for our room as we were no longer travelling to San Sebastian and he refused, saying we had booked a non refundable room. 144 Euros taken from us by this company with zero responsibility for their lack of communication which impacted our trip. Do not recommend.
Trust me—you’ll find this place perfect for your stay! First of all, we really appreciated Pablo’s warm hospitality and his great recommendations for places to visit, food to try, and all the cool local experiences. The room we stayed in was very clean and cozy, and having our own private bathroom was a big plus. Another highlight is the location—you can walk everywhere: the old town, downtown, and even the beach areas. Thank you, Pablo! We’ll miss you—and Ponyo says thank you too! 🙏
Pablo is a wonderfully-friendly and helpful host with very good suggestions for places to eat/drink -- we were able to head directly to the best places and eat their best dishes. The hotel itself is a floor of an apartment building which is not super well signed (so you might miss it if you are looking for an obvious sign.) It is very well-located though and you'll be out exploring most of the time anyway that it won't bother you that the rooms are pretty tight/cozy/small and ours just looked out on an interior courtyard (which was no big deal since we only slept there.)
Great value for money in comparison to the city’s standards and absolutely perfect location to discover the beautiful San Sebastián. Pablo is a great host. Thanks for the coffees too! Overall highly recommended!
Can't say nice enough things about Pablo and our stay here. If you're looking for an extremely good value room with a knowledgeable and friendly host in the heart of the city, look no further. Pablo gave us loads of recommendations of where to eat and visit while here. It's also dog and baby friendly. Thanks Pablo! Hopefully see you again.
